The next 6 week block of Pilates begins on the week of the 17th of May

Pilates Info

  • All classes are mixed except Men’s class Thursday
  • All sessions are 55 mins in length.
  • Courses must be booked and paid in ADVANCE
  • All sessions and courses are non-refundable and non- transferable. I will try my best to accommodate no-shows in another session but it will depend on numbers and class availability.
  • Classes missed cannot be carried forward into next course so try make them up within the 6 week period or on zoom.
  • Pre/post natal classes will depend on demand.
  • Please wear comfortable clothes for exercise.

PILATES COURSE RUN IN 6 WEEK BLOCKS

6 Week Course – €70 – IN STUDIO (1 class a week)

6 Week Zoom Course €60 – ZOOM (1 class a week)

TWICE A WEEK OFFER! Must be run over the 6 WEEK COURSE

2 Classes in STUDIO per week €125

1 STUDIO plus 1 ZOOM night  €115
