Welcome to Una Brady Pilates & Animal Flow. We are glad you found us to help you work on your body for whatever the reasons may be. Beginner, Intermediate or Professional, no matter what stage you are at we will find you a class led by expert Úna Brady to open up your body and strengthen.

We offer classes in both Pilates and Animal Flow during the week and look forward to welcoming you on your new or continued journey for your body and mind.

Our Classes

An exercise method, designed to elongate, strengthen and restore the body to balance. Pilates can be beneficial for just about everyone, regardless of age and fitness level.

This is a ground based movement, made fun and challenging. It is designed to improve strength, power, flexibility, mobility, and coordination for all levels of fitness enthusiasts.

Meet the Instructor

Having being involved in sports throughout her life, Una believes in the importance of Pilates for everyone involved in sports to improve performance and reduce the risk of injury. 

Una set up her own studio in Westmeath where she helps people whether they have a sporting background or not.

Pre and Post Pregnancy. I thoroughly recommend Pilates during pregnancy. Practising Pilates during pregnancy helped with the birth and has strengthened my Pelvic Floor to assist life postpartum. It will stay with me for life and I could not be happoer with Una's classes.
